The Valley of the Ravine
Through the secret woods we'll go
Across a cabled swinging bridge - below,
The river roars the wind will blow
A stream that runs forever can be seen;
Silent soft whispers - of talking flowers
Magical place above, all that towers
With a raging river that has powers
In the Valley of the Ravine.
The super root highway we will climb
Deeper till we loose track of time,
Hush of the forest gives us a sign
A mystical fantasy trail can be seen;
Shadows jump, giant trees sway,
Centuries of trees lead the way
Natures hidden place to play
In the Valley of the Ravine.
Slowly, onward we move
Melting into earths groove,
Pallets of colors we can't improve
Curious children, sparkling eyes can be seen;
Rambling over the green mossy lush
Upon their skin fern delicately brush
Lavished by nature - with no rush
In the Valley of the Ravine.
Some dew-kissed violets, orchids rare
And lily-of-the-valley fair,
Wild roses smile they have no care
Natures music can be heard and seen;
Heavenly harmonies displacing gloom
Where every carefree person has room
We are safe like in a mother's womb
In the Valley of the Ravine.
